Revisions are contingent on the package selected. Clients can approach us for unlimited free amendments and we will revise their design with no extra charges, given that the design and concept remain intact. Revision turnaround time will be 48 hours.

Package Revisions

• STANDARD: Unlimited Storyboard Revisions
• PRO: Unlimited Storyboard Revisions
• PREMIUM: Unlimited Storyboard Revisions

In any occasion, any funds deposited will not be liable for a refund if the initial design and concepts (after delivery) are approved, or a change is asked for, unless Pro Design Creators cancels or ends your contract for a reason other than your breach or non-execution.

All requests for refund will be as per the following arrangement

• Once you approve or ask for changes in the initial designs, the refund offer will be void and a request for refund will not be entertained.
• Once the project has been entered in revision phase, the refund offer will be void.
• If refund is requested before delivery of initial design concepts, you qualify for a full refund (less 10% administration and processing charge).
• If the refund request is made within 48 hours, you will only be eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% administration and processing expense).
• If the refund request is made within 48-96 hours after initial design delivery, you will only be eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• No refund request will be entertained after 96 hours of the initial design delivery.
• No request for refund will be entertained after 7 working days of customer inaction.
• No request for refund will be entertained if the customer goes unresponsive at any point for 5 working days.
• No refund will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
• For Website bundles, no refund will be entertained once the initial design mock-up has been revised or inner pages have been created with client approval.

Pro Design Creators is Not Applicable for Refund When:

• You choose a special service package
• You have approved the initial design concept
• You have requested revisions
• You have canceled the order due to non-related reasons
• You have not contacted Pro Design Creators for more than 2 weeks since project initiation
• You have violated Pro Design Creators Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
• You have approached another service provider or designer for the same project
• You have provided an incomplete design brief
• You have demanded a change in the design concept
• You have exceeded the maximum time allowed to request a refund
• You are closing your business or have changed the name of your business
• You have approved the deliverables
• You have accepted multiple revisions for any service
• You have failed to provide the initial design brief within 10 days of order placement

Where a client has placed design orders with more than one agency for the same job with the intention of claiming a refund, Pro Design Creators does not consider this to be good faith and reserves the right to decline such requests.

At Pro Design Creators we promise that all of our logos are produced from scratch. We will provide you a logo that is in complete compliance with your design brief.

100% Unique Design Guarantee qualifies you for a new logo if the logo designed by Pro Design Creators is found to be considerably similar to another design that already exists. It is the client's responsibility to get their artwork copyrighted.

We revamp the requested design and continue overhauling it until you are 100% fulfilled, depending upon your package. Our commitment is to deliver designs that meet and exceed your expectations every time.

All design order files are delivered to My Account as per the date specified on the Order Confirmation. An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery. All policies pertaining to revision & refund are subject to the date and time of design order delivered to the client's account area.

All customized design orders are delivered via email within 5 to 7 days after receipt of order.

In order to provide you with complete satisfaction, our designers are instructed not to deviate from the specifications provided by the client in the order form. The designs are crafted after adequate and thorough research to ensure quality and uniqueness.

Domain and Hosting are provided free of cost with packages, where applicable. All email accounts assigned with the website package can be configured on third-party email software such as Outlook.

If you wish to opt out of hosting the website with us, you will not be provided email accounts.

We keep your final design archived after we deliver your final files. If you wish to receive the final files again, we can email them upon request at no additional charge.

If the client becomes unresponsive for a month or more, the project will be considered closed. A reactivation fee will be charged to resume the said project.

The My Account area is a convenient way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the account section for all questions, queries, concerns and any other instructions for the designer.

Failure to actively check the My Account section may become a cause of hindrance in your pursuit of a refund. If you are unsure of how to use the My Account area, please contact customer support at any time.

Pro Design Creators is not at risk for any correspondence from email addresses other than those under our own domain, i.e. info@prodesigncreators.com, or any toll-free number not specified on our website.

We only assume liability for correspondence through email addresses under our own domain name or via the toll-free number specified on the Pro Design Creators website.

"Your user content" means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this website for whatever purpose.

Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action. Pro Design Creators reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this website or stored on Pro Design Creators servers.

For usual websites and resume designs, all content (images, headings, copy, text, etc.) will be provided by the client. For resume designs, the client must provide complete personal information with biography.

For e-commerce websites, up to 10–30 sample products will be provided by the Pro Design Creators team, with sample product information provided by the client. We use dummy text (Lorem Ipsum) in graphics for previewing layouts and visual mockups.

This website is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Pro Design Creators does not warrant that this website will be constantly available, and will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of data.

Pro Design Creators will not be liable in relation to the contents of, use of, or otherwise in connection with this website for:

• Any direct loss, where the website is provided free-of-charge
• Any indirect, special or consequential loss
• Any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings
• Loss of contracts, business relationships, reputation or goodwill
• Loss or corruption of information or data

You hereby indemnify Pro Design Creators and undertake to keep Pro Design Creators indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses incurred or suffered by Pro Design Creators arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions.

Pro Design Creators may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of publication. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

These terms and conditions, together with any other documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pro Design Creators in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

A project is considered closed if it has been either delivered in full or was not claimed for a period of at least 60 days. Pro Design Creators cannot be held liable after the stated time duration.

If a project has been abandoned in terms of approvals or specifications, based on the lack of any written communication between the client and the account manager for a period of at least 30 days, the project will be deemed as closed.
